Upon submitting your URL for a Web Listing, you are signing up to purchase a Text Ad, and this can take upto 72 hours to complete your request. A confirmation of your active listing will be available in your My Account.
Payment Methods

How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of an order by first logging into your My Account and then clicking on the "Sales Order" tab. If you have placed orders in our system your orders will be listed here. Simply click on the order to view details. If you have questions about an order you can contact customer support at any time.
Can I view my previously placed orders from my account?
You can view previously placed orders by first logging into My Account and clicking on the "Sales Order" tab. If you have placed orders in our system your orders will be listed here. You can check all your Web Listings and Text Ads by logging into your My Account and clicking on the Web Listings or Text Ads tab. Is there a cancellation fee?
At YellowPagesofAmerica.com there are no contracts or cancellation fees. If for any reason you are dissatisfied we give you the right to terminate service at any time. What if the promo code doesn't work?
If for some reason you are attempting to apply a promo code to your order and the shopping cart is not reflecting the promotional discount associated with the promo code, please attempt to re-enter the code exactly as it's displayed, or feel free to contact us at any time to reconcile the order total to properly reflect the discount. ...
How do I know that my purchase has gone through?
If you have placed an order through Yellow Pages of America you will receive an email confirmation with an overview of all your order details. You can also login in to your My Account and view your order details under the Sales Order tab. If you've received a confirmation email or you have checked the Sales Order tab and can see you order, the order has been completed.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
To remove items from your shopping cart simply click the remove button which is located under the cost of the product that you wish to remove. The page will then refresh and you will able to then complete your order or continue shopping if you like.
Can I pay in my own currency?
At this time Yellow Pages of America can only accepting US currency. For those customers located outside of US, purchases can only be made in US dollars. Currently we are only excepting major credit cards for payment. We will be excepting payment by check in the near future.

How do I check my account balance?
Checking your account balance is easy. Simply login to your My Account and in the top right hand corner of the page you'll see a balance summary.From there you can click the Make A Payment button to apply a payment to your account or you can also click the View Billing History to view a summary of your billing history.
What are Yellow Pages of America keyword credits?
The type of advertising you're doing with YPoA will determine the credit value you will have available to you. Credit in the YPoA system is a reflection of the dollar amount invested in your campaigns. Deposits to your "Credit Account" can be made at any time either through the Store or through your My Account and can be put toward any or all of the Yellow Pages of America products and services....
How do I control my payment settings?
In order to control your payment settings simply login to your My Account. At the bottom of the page under Settings and Extras click on the link associated with Payment Settings. From there you will be able to Add, Edit, Delete, or Remove payment information. Enter your payment information and click Save Information. You can also add new forms of payment at any time.
What is the cancellation policy?
When you sign up to advertise with Yellow Pages of America there are no contracts or long term agreements. If you are trying to login to your My Account and have forgot your password click on the Forgot Password? link just below the login fields. My account balance is incorrect.
If you feel that your current balance is incorrect or displaying improperly under your list of orders you will click the Order Support link, or the Submit A Ticket link on the right side of the page under the subscription activity in the Sales Orders tab.
I want to reset my password?
If you would like to reset or change your password, login to you My Account and scroll down to the bottom left hand side of the page to Account Information. Click on the link that says Reset Password. This area will allow you to reset your password and create a new one. The changes take place immediately so be sure to use the "new password" if you login again.
Can I have more than one account?
It is possible to create more than one account however we recommend only registering one account per advertiser to help consolidate and organize you orders, web submissions, texts ads, keywords, and reports. Will I be Taxed?
US customers who purchase products and services from Yellow Pages of America will be taxed a 5% GST charge which will be applied to the sub-total amount of all products purchased.
How are coupons or promo codes redeemed?
In the check out process, if you have received a coupon or “promo code” and you would like to apply the discount to a current order, you will enter the code at the bottom left of the shopping cart page in the promo code field. When you purchase Yellow Pages of America products or services, currently we can only except credit cards for payment. Other forms of payment will soon be optional. How will I receive my order receipts?
When you place an order with Yellow Pages of America you will receive an Order Confirmation receipt via email. The Order Confirmation will provide a thorough overview of products and services purchased. There will also be basic instructions regarding how to get started, and how to contact us if needs be. Be sure to save all purchase receipts you receive from Yellow Pages of America.
